MYX.video is a hosting platform for user-generated content and does not produce any content. As such, we act as a third-party host. All persons depicted in content on this platform were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created.
Uploader responsibility
Producers and uploaders are responsible for maintaining records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its regulations, verifying that every performer was of legal age, and providing those records to the appropriate authorities on request.
Zero tolerance
MYX.video has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual content. Any such material is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities, and the responsible account is terminated and banned.
