By accessing or using MYX.video, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use MYX.video. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. User-generated content
MYX.video is a neutral host. All content is uploaded by users. We do not pre-screen, endorse, or claim ownership of user content. You are solely responsible for anything you upload and for ensuring you hold all necessary rights and consents.
3. Prohibited content
You may not upload content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, or that you do not have the legal right to distribute. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or breaks any applicable law. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination.
4. Content warranties
By uploading, you warrant that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of creation, consented to the recording and its distribution, and that you retain records as required by law (see our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement).
5. Coins, purchases, and payouts
Coins are a prepaid virtual credit used for premium unlocks, tips, and storage. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Creator payouts are subject to review and applicable fees.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our discretion and without notice.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYX.video is not liable for user content or for any damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
